Alisha Hanson passed away on June 28th, 2024, at the age of 35 at Long Prairie Centre Care surrounded by family and close friends. She was loved dearly by many and shared her love just as much. She will be remembered the most by her beautiful brown eyes and her contagious loud laughter.
Alisha Ann Osborne was born to Everett and Dora Osborne on November 29th, 1988, in Alexandria, Minnesota. Growing up she enjoyed playing dress up, being in parades, flowers, fishing, scary movies, and loved spending time with her intermediate family, grandparents, uncles, aunts, and her many cousins. Many of her close family members remember her as "Daddy's Little Girl". Her favorite characters as a young girl were Minnie Mouse and Big Bird. She always loved all holidays, especially Christmas. She went to Osakis Public Schools until she was in 9th grade and completed her schooling at Lakes Area Charter School.
Alisha had many good and bad times throughout her short life, but greatly took them as they came. She had her first-born son, Everett, at 19 years old and later on had a second son, Ethan, at 23 years old. In 2014, Alisha met the love of her life, Donovan Hanson and became Mr. and Mrs. Hanson in 2018. They settled together in Long Prairie, Minnesota and completed their family with a baby girl, Emilia. Throughout her life she was employed at TipTop Dairy Bar and a nursing home in Long Prairie, but her biggest dedication in life was raising her beautiful children.
Alisha is survived by her husband, Donovan Hanson, her three children, Everett Burkle, Ethan Rickert, and Emilia Hanson, her parents, Everett and Dora Osborne, her sisters, Ashley and Andrea Osborne, her niece, Tiana Osborne, and many Uncles, Aunts, Cousins, and friends that were very close and dear to her. Alisha was an organ donor, she had 8 recipients and helped change their lives. She was preceded in death by her Great-Grandma, Zada Osborne, Great-Grandma, Theresa Ortiz, and Grandma Swenson.
