Carl Togstad, age 92 of Clarissa, formerly of Osakis passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 25 at the Lakewood Health System in Staples, MN. Graveside services are scheduled for 3:30 pm on Friday, Jan. 27, 2012 at the Sauk Valley Cemetery in rural Osakis, MN. Arrangements by the Roy-Hetland Funeral Home, Osakis, MN.
