His love extended to his grandchildren, Joshua, Linden, and Grace Bailey, whom he adored.
In his professional journey as a cook, Craig traversed various kitchens throughout his life until he settled in Alexandria in the early 2000s and later moved to Osakis in 2018. His culinary skills were matched only by his passion for creating delicious meals that brought joy to those around him.
Craig's educational foundation was laid in Saint Paul, where he attended school and honed his baseball skills. Known for his adventurous spirit, Craig fearlessly embraced new challenges and experiences throughout his life.

He was a very smart man and loved beating everyone at jeopardy and wheel of fortune. A devoted fan of Minnesota sports teams and the Atlanta Braves, Craig's enthusiasm for sports was infectious.
Craig Robert Tischler passed away at his home on February 20, leaving behind a legacy of love and compassion that will be treasured forever. He is survived by, Crespin Herrera II - Kult, Tina Kult, and Maria Bailey, grandchildren, Joshua, Linden, and Grace Bailey; mother, Verna Partlow, brothers: Danny and Robert Tischler, sister, Jacqueline Tischler, and a host of family members and friends who will miss him dearly.
Services to honor and remember Craig will be held at the Roy-Hetland Funeral Home in Osakis on March 15th, 2024. The visitation is scheduled from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM followed by a Memorial Service at 1:00 PM.
