Life History for Dean -
Dean was born in the spring of 1931 on May 30 in rural Belle River to parents, Frank and Gertrude (Griep) Trisco. He attended the Agricultural School in Morris and learned much about farming and growing. He was united in marriage on October 12, 1957 to his sweetheart, Eileen Erickson in Osakis, MN. They dairy farmed and raised their family of six children just north of Osakis, MN. After retiring in 1990, Dean began doing custodial work. He was charged with upkeep at the Bergen Lake Rest Area for many years. He and Eileen moved into a home in Osakis in the spring of 1991. They were members of Immaculate Conception Church. Dean grew up working with draft horses and loved his teams. He made memories taking the family camping each season and liked to be camp host. Gardening was a must and he also found time to get out fishing. In the winter months he looked forward to playing cards with the grandkids and friends, especially Skip – O. He loved his family and life in the country. He will be dearly missed by those who knew him.
Dean is survived by his wife of 63 years, Eileen Trisco of Osakis; children, James Trisco and Susan (James) Tupman, all of Weir, KS, Mary (Steve) Lambert of Mora, Norma (Mike) Pomerleau of Nampa, ID, Daniel (Paige) Trisco of Kensington, Patty Srur of Little Falls, MN; 22 grandchildren and 51 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
