FUNERAL NOTICE FOR DEBRA LANG
Debra Lang, age 57 of Osakis died unexpectedly on Monday at her home in Osakis. Funeral services will be Friday, Nov. 3 at 11:00 am at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Osakis with a visitation beginning one hour prior to the service at the church.

LIFE HISTORY FOR DEBRA
On May 31, 1960 a baby girl was born to Ronald B., Sr. and Myrtle (Kahler) Roberts in Albany, NY. She graduated from high school in Albany in 1978 and enrolled in school to become a paralegal secretary. Debra married Tim Lang in Albany, NY on September 21, 1981. They made their home in St. Paul, Minnesota and in addition to starting a family, Debra also did waitressing work. They moved to Florida for a year and after her twin sons were born, they returned to Minnesota, settling in Osakis in 1989. Debra was a very busy working mom. In addition to caring for her family, she worked with her husband at Osakis Printing, then at the Home Quality Foods grocery store and finally at the A & W Restaurant. Once her children were older and having families of their own, Deb especially enjoyed being a Grandma. She took much joy in caring for her grandchildren and also enjoyed working on various craft projects, such as crocheting, sewing and knitting. She had a natural ability to grow things and the many beautiful plants and flower beds at her home were a testament to her talents. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandma and sister who will be dearly missed. She will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
Debra is preceded in death by her father, Ronald Roberts, Sr., her mother and stepfather, Roy & Myrtle Burnash, and a brother, Mark Roberts.
Left to mourn her passing is her husband, Tim Lang, Sr. of Osakis; children, Deanna (Rodney) Terwilliger, Tim (Amanda Geones) Lang, Jr., Mike and Matt Lang, all of Osakis; 6 grandchildren; her brothers, Richard, Ronnie, Dorian "Randy" and John Roberts, Roy Burnash, Jr; a sister, Nadine Roberts; many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were Friday, Nov. 3, 2017, 11 am at Immaculate Conception Church in Osakis with Fr. Dave Petron officiating. Daisy Sorenson was the reader and pallbearers were Tim, Jr., Matt and Mike Lang, Derek and Wade Lang, Jeramy Sorenson.
